Good hotel, good service. Great to have a variety of entertainment and food in one complex. Shopping however, was a disappointment with very limited outlets. Overall, a good place to stay for a couple of nights and one full day.
You can get good and drink while playing games. So proud of the environment aswell, it's very clean and welcoming. You should visit. Unfortunately i didn't take a picture as i was on duty.
Due to his poor complaints handling we requested he left notes website on our check out invoice so that we could show this with a formal complaint that I could email to the hotel. Mark advised he had done this and he placed the invoice inside a sealed envelope. I opened the envelope and to my disbelief there were no additional notes of the complaint we raised. When questioned Mark advised he is unable to leave notes on the invoice which made me immediately distrust him and anything he had previously said to me. I have since written a formal complaint via email and it has been over a week without receiving any acknowledgement or reply. This is apparently one of the best hotels in Birmingham city centre. The experience me and my partner faced was more towards the standards of a Travelodge or premier inn and even in those hotels you would receive a much better service with compensation or even refund. I would not usually leave such a review but the experience I faced was disgusting and I was made to feel at blame by Mark and feel I gave no choice having had no reply or acknowledgement to my formal complaint and believe others should be aware of this awful stay. Avoid this hotel.
This is not about the card, is about respect. She then said if you are not happy I’ll call my manager. I said I don’t need you manager because I don’t want to ruin tonight. She still called her manager and said loudly that I am a upset customer. This is not the attitude when you trying to solve the problem. This staff is not qualified to facing customer as she is not listening not caring not even cares. She is ruing your reputation and I will not come back to Genting anymore even I had so many good memories here because she easily destroyed all the rest of your staff’s hard work! Shame on her.
Not my cricket ground like of old...bland without soul..94 store caters for the 100 competition mainly if you can afford it.at least i have great memories of the happier times. ????????

Food was but ok but not to our liking. The dining atmosphere was let down by the casino patrons, who dressed very casually, some wearing jogging bottoms and trousers. Unfortunately, would not revisit or recommend.
They treat people as people rich or poor. Al the manager is one of the best managers I have ever encountered, as his attention to details is extraordinary. I had a few too many drinks and he ensured I got home safely. Lovely staff. ????
Thoroughly enjoyed watching the game and loved the atmosphere. The views were great regardless of where you were seated. I'd love to go and watch a game here again!
This is a lovely hotel and all the staff are very friendly. Great location, lovely rooms and food! Highly recommended definitely 5 star in my opinion

The room has a little kitchen which is an addition, also they have a launderette that you can use for free ???? (just bring you detergent). The breakfast is good as well with variety of pastries, hot and cold drinks, fruits.
